"We are fairly new to the area and have had some issues with an older furnace. After several local companies either blowing us off or trying to sell us a new furnace, we went through the phonebook and called Ackerman. Any future plumbing/heating issues we have, they will definitely be the first we call. The technician they sent out, Bill, was prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough, and simply a pleasure to meet.
