"We were having major problems with the HVAC system in our (new to us) house. Bill came out to diagnose and discovered several things that could be done that were cost effective. When he was done, everything worked perfectly and our house is warm this winter for the first time. We're very pleased! "

"The service technician was prompt
Unfortunately he could not fix the problem he repeated the same steps of shutting down the furnace and thermostat and re-starting as we did he did it one more time and the furnace did start which was good but he did no repairs.
The service tech was on the property for 15 minutes maybe and
Ackermans charged us $93.00 for his services. "

"We are fairly new to the area and have had some issues with an older furnace. After several local companies either blowing us off or trying to sell us a new furnace, we went through the phonebook and called Ackerman. Any future plumbing/heating issues we have, they will definitely be the first we call. The technician they sent out, Bill, was prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough, and simply a pleasure to meet. He explained things and was very good at what he was doing. He is certainly an asset to the company. Thank you "
